WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO? ARE DUTIES PAID BEFOREHAND?
We ship to all countries worldwide via DHL and your order is paid in GBP. We do not offer shipping on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. The price to be displayed at checkout will be exclusive of any duties that may be charged to your country. We cannot cover for any additional charges that may be levied by the country you reside in. Please be conscious of this before purchasing.
Please note that if duties are not paid and the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for redelivery and we will not cover any charges incurred.
CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
Yes, you will receive a tracking email and can follow the progress of your order online via DHL or Royal Mail.
